Dear Ensemble Family and Friends:

Thank you for your support of The Ensemble Theatre’s ‘Just Bring One More’ Annual Subscription Drive Campaign. The time and effort of Subscription Drive Team Captains resulted in 40% of the subscribers who have joined our family during our 2007–2008 subscription drive, and those endeavors yielded over 2,100 subscriptions sold. We need your continued support to reach our ultimate goal of selling 3,000 subscriptions.

We hope you will participate either as an individual team captain or as an organization to compete for awards and prizes by encouraging others to support The Ensemble Theatre as subscribers. Your commitment of time and effort will help sustain one of Houston’s finest historical cultural institutions for generations to come.

• The organization with overall subscription sales in excess of $10,000 by August 31, 2008 will win a one-time complimentary use of one of The Ensemble Theatre’s rental spaces. (Based on availability and some restrictions may apply – valued up to $2,000.00)

• Each month, the top 3 individuals for subscription sales will win prizes.

• Subscription Team Captains will be recognized during the Theatre’s 2008 gala weekend at our Annual Subscription Party to be held on Saturday, August 16, 2008 — and all subscribers will be invited.

The 2008–09 subscription drive will run from May 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008.

Please join our, Just Bring One More, subscription drive campaign for the 2008–2009 season by becoming a subscription drive team captain. Your support is paramount to The Ensemble Theatre offering 30 more years of quality programming for the community.

Here’s how to participate:
	Complete a Team Captain Commitment form (downloadable PDF) and fax or mail to the box office.
	Pick up a Team Captain packet containing additional subscription forms to use as you encourage your friends; family; colleagues; church members; and fraternities and sororities to subscribe. (you may use the downloadable PDF subscription form from our website)
	• Summary forms are included in the Team Captain Packet to help you keep track of your sales
	Submit your subscriptions and summary forms before each monthly deadline. Subscription drive deadlines and meetings are listed below:
